"First time here, we Ordered 10pcs family size legs n thighs (received wrong with 3 wings inside minus: 1 roll and the family sides) My Daughter and wife ended up without their mac n cheese n coleslaw. That’s okay it happens a lot when businesses are busy but it sucks at the same. When i called, they offered to pick up the rest of the order today or they will leave a note and pick it up on my convenience but we live 20min away and i wont pick up a side by itself on another day so i asked for the refund of the sides and was told that it should be done in store with the card. I went there and asked for Mike, that processed the refund and offered the whole refund (couldn’t refund only sides even i asked him to, because the food was good, loved the chicken). Long short story: Food was great (fried chicken and sandwiches) Customer service was great as well. I told him also to tell the team, be generous by adding more items to the customers instead of sending wrong orders or missing items that way your customers will definitely be back!"
