"We came for my daughter's ninth birthday. She was so excited. Our wait was longer than expected, but she didn't complain. The table we got had meat and dirty dishes all over it, bit she didn't complain. The employee who cleaned it did, though. Our waitress kept getting into long chats with a pal, leaving us for long periods without checking in. My daughter didn't complain. I could continue to list issues, of which there were plenty, but instead I'll take my kid to a place that she deserves next time because she shouldn't need to keep ignoring issues on her birthday."
