"My app said they opened at 7 a.m., and I placed an order for pickup. I arrived at 7:43 a.m., only to be told they were opening at 8 am, I could wait or cancel my order. I decided to wait. At 8 a.m., I went through the drive thru. Initially, they forgot one of our biscuit sandwiches. There was oil dripping from the bottom of the bag, and they must have been having a bad day. Our food was barely lukewarm like it had been sitting. The hashbrowns were barely cooked and stuck to the bag to themselves, and the bags were leaking oil. As if they dumped the hashbrowns from the basket straight to the bag. It was a mushy mess. I will not visit this location again in the future. So disappointing."

"Every single item on my order was incorrect. The chicken fries were literally frozen. As if taken out of a freezer and put into a box. The chicken sandwich was incorrectly made. Ordered two drinks only received one drink. The burger had mold on the bread and the meat was also ice cold. The chicken wrap we ordered the chicken the lettuce was literally wilted and rotted and the tomato was bad as well. No part of our order was correct or edible. Attempted to call the store and the employees pick up the phone then hang up right away. The unprofessionalism and absolute disgusting disregard for order accuracy and food safety combined with the huge waste of money this experience was makes for the absolute worst first experience (and last) with a restaurant ever. This store needs to be shut down, and the employees need to be fired. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"Worst burger king I've ever attempted to eat. Food was not edible. The original melt bread was not toasted,cheese not melted meat cold they even made it wrong. Double whopper with cheese was cold buns not toasted meat didn't look very good. Took a bite no flavor and very cold. Guy at the window looked at us like he was mad we placed an order. Took a long while for our food to come out cold. Fries were the only thing good fresh and hot.not recommended this place the other burger king off research is amazing great customer service and fresh hot food all the time I've gone to eat which is plenty."

"Sorry, I didn’t take the picture of this one. My phone died at the time. However, I ordered the bacon king. I can tell you this 100% any picture could say that is a false advertisement. This would be the number one pick. Because it looks nowhere near as delicious as this picture. Thing is there hamburger patties are premade so you’re going to get a non-juicy burger. I have to say it again the medium fry is no different than what my son gets from his kids meal."

"Used the drive thru. Speaker worked fine--easy to communicate. The employee at the window had his phone in his hand and was distracted, but I did get the correct food. My Whopper Jr was hot, but the vegetables were disappointing."
