"I want to share to my people in Conroe, stay away from Aaron's. It's becomes a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer paiding every month, long story short I been paiding for over 20 months. Today I called the store to let them know I will be paiding next week.The rude manger Sandy inform me she will be picking up the TV Really after paiding over 20 months .my people from Conroe stay away from Aaron the stress is not worth it. "Store rating will continue to drop at this location as long as the GM Sam is there. Thinks that no one can touch him and he do and say whatever cause the position he is in. Horrible customer service. On hold waiting for him many times longer than 12 min on hold. Then smart comments regarding the problem. Please don’t go here not worth the money for the headache."
"I purchased a previously owned couch from Aaron’s last Monday. In the showroom the couch was pushed into a corner and had another couch in front of it so it was hard to get a good view of the couch but the Sales Manager stated the only thing wrong with the couch was that one of the two recliners was broken. It was an amazing deal so I bought it and was told it could be delivered the next day. I was informed I’d get a call in the morning with a window time for delivery. I never got a call, so around noon that day I finally called them and asked about the delivery window- I was told sometime before 4. At 5 PM I called again because I still had not had a delivery. I was told someone would call me back. Never got a call back, although it did finally get delivered at 5:30 PM. The couch was in horrific condition- it reeks of wet dog (In the showroom I was told the smell was from the couch sitting in front of this one), there are several tears - one so bad the stuffing is coming out, and neither recliner works. The couch is also busted at the bottom where the bracket is and leans forward at an off angle making it incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. Within 5 minutes of it being delivered I called and asked to speak with the Sales Manager as I felt as if I had been lied to and did not want the couch anymore. This was on Tuesday. It’s been almost a week and I have called 4 times and also gone into the store. Each time I’m PROMISED a call back from the general manager, yet I still have not received one. I have never had a worse customer service experience- the dishonesty and lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and just bad business. I also emailed their corporate customer service- maybe that will help. Not holding my breath for a response."
