"The service experience I had was disappointing, despite the food being good. The individual who assembled my order acted inappropriately. He made disparaging remarks when I declined additional ingredients that incurred extra charges, and did so openly as I was completing my payment. It seemed as though he assumed I didn't understand English. This person was identifiable by an Apple AirPod in his right ear and acne scars. Such behavior is quite bold and disrespectful to demonstrate in front of a customer. Employees should exercise caution with their conduct; customers' patience levels vary, and not all might respond calmly to such provocation."
