"Thank you Passerella for a wonderful first-time dinner experience that my husband and I enjoyed this past Sunday evening at your Washington Ave location. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by the host and offered our choice of table. Classic, romantic Italian music filled the air and warmed my heart. An ice cold glass of bubbling prosecco for each of us was a nice welcome treat to begin our little taste of Italy. We were very well taken care of the entire meal by two attentive wait staff. Our entrée was served personally by the Executive Chef. We were visited by the Manager checking in to make sure our experience was everything we were expecting. We especially appreciated him turning the AC warmer. Now, more about the Food and Drinks: Delicious Pinot Grigio from Italy, priced reasonably Scrumptious warm Foccacia bread served with olive oil, kalamata and juicy giant green olives A piping hot bowl of creamy lobster bisque that warmed our soul Insalata Caprese with mouth watering Burrata cheese and fresh basil leaves with Balsamic Glaze drizzle, topped with fresh black pepper from the Biggest Pepper Grinder EVER! Explosion of Tastiness is the only way to describe the Crab and Leek Canelloni topped with lightly breaded melt in your mouth artichoke hearts There are so many yummy looking dishes on the menu that I can't wait to come back and try them all again soon with our family and friends. "We've eaten here twice now and I have been blown away by the flavors and service both times. Fans of classic Italian dishes and of classics-with-a-twist are both bound to be happy dining here. Everything is so flavorful, and the stuffed flounder and mushroom tart absolutely melted in my mouth. For a fun ending, try the table side Tiramisu- a fun experience! High-end flavors and dishes, at a surprisingly affordable and accessible price."

"My boyfriend and I went to Passerella last Saturday, and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. We were seated right away without a reservation, and we were given complimentary glasses of champagne as we were brought to our table. The food was excellent and reasonably priced: we shared the caprese salad (one of their specials) and focaccia bread for appetizers, and we ordered the cacio e pepe and shrimp fresca for our entrees. Our favorite part of the meal was dessert, which was absolutely divine (we had the chocolate eruption and affogato), so make sure to save room! The appetizers were a bit slow to come out, and both our waiter and the manager apologized profusely and gave us a complimentary dessert. To top it all off, we were given two free appetizer vouchers for our next visit on our way out. Complimentary valet parking is also included, which is very helpful (especially in the Heights!). Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!"

"Enjoyed an another wonderful meal at Passerella on Washington. As usual, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. Nathan was a pleasure to visit with as we waited for our table and as we left. Nancy was knowledgeable about the menu and gave some great recommendations. Our meal was well paced from beginning to end. Be sure to ask for the foccacia! Delicious. And the wine prices are so reasonable! Great food, great wine, great staff and wonderful ambiance!
