"Came in for a quick bite around 12:30pm on a Saturday. I had to use the restroom before I left and wasn’t able to because an employee was using the toilet as his own office to make calls and watch funny video clips it seems."

"Save your time and money by going to In-n-Out. The burgers there taste better and you can see what you're getting up front. I ordered a burger with 4 patties by customizing the Triple Meat option. The way they packaged it, I couldn't easily verify the 4 patties at the stores. Lo and behold I only got 3 patties but I got charged for 4. Sent my comments to the management, but didn't get my refund on the price difference. I would rather give that money to charity than to this franchise. Here's their response. Saying sorry doesn't cut it: Please accept our most sincere apologies for the recent incident that occurred when you visit to our restaurant located at: 3400 W Slaughter Ln At Whataburger, we place the highest priority on satisfying our guests. More often than not, we achieve that goal. Please know that I have discussed the incident you experienced with my management team, to ensure it does not happen again. "For a quick late night meal after a night out or if you have a sweet tooth, this is the place. Food quality was good, great customer service and the place was clean. Been here a few times and it never disappointed me."
