"I've ordered 4 times from this location, some were pick-ups, others delivery. Both occasions I asked for my sandwiches (footlongs each time) to be cut in half and labeled which is which and not 1 time have those requests been carried out. IT'S NOT HARD TO CUT SANDWICHES IN HALF AND LABEL WHICH IS WHICH IF YOUR PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ORDER YOUR MAKING..c'mon now people, do better!!"

"THIS GHETTO LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN . First thing i noticed as soon as i walk in was a black female with a bonnet on, SUPER unprofessional. She had the worst attitude making my sandwich and didn’t even make it right . I don’t understand why people work jobs that they HATE . She needs to work somewhere else because making peoples food with that attitude is not okay. She never greeted me or anything just mugged us the whole time . Never again . Don’t waste your money here. Way too ghetto for me . Get it together my goodness."

"Zero stars for sure. This creature shouldn’t even be called a lady, but it’s the same person other reviews are referring to. She closes the store during business hours, and goes to the back. At 1pm on, I ordered on the app, came to the store, and the place is closed. I see the employee pull up. So I wait for her, thinking she’s going to go inside and start working. She sits in her car for a while, then finally goes inside. I see a few people go up to the door, and it’s locked. I get out and go to the door to see what’s going on. A group of us waited for few. More people came and left. The establishment has clearly lost so much money by her doing this all the time, but she’s still on the clock getting paid. I try to get a refund for my order on the app, and it says to contact the store. I call a few times. No answer. After like 30-40min of waiting, I go to the door. This lady literally waives me off! I tell her I ordered already and I just need my money back. She doesn’t even have to make the order, screw it. She gets disrespectful! There was a whole ordeal afterwards, but long story short, this idiot doesn’t deserve to have a job. Period. She is disgusting, disrespectful, ghetto and just a weird individual overall. She’s losing money for this location, and is just a liability. There’s been times I’d order on the app, and they get it wrong. Whatever. I let it slide. This situation though was beyond that. The fact that multiple reviews say the same thing about this “lady” is insane. She let her little friend in, but made customers sit outside? Who does that?"
