"Called to place an order at 5:52pm. Simple order, 10 peice wings. Got there at 6:16, my order was forgotten about and the woman at the register found that funny laughing at me like if i were joking when I said: "I'm here to pick up an order." Had to wait 20 minutes for my order and no apology given for their mistakes. The purpose of ordering ahead on the phone is to be in and out as quickly as possible especially when you have a family at home waiting for you to come home so my first order here today will also be my last. I will never go back."
