"Yikes… the atmosphere is pretty cool looking and has nice vibes. It is VERY cold inside but that’s not a big deal. The soup dumplings are basically freezer ones they warm up. The fried rice doesn’t even have eggs in it… and the fried tofu is overly breaded and has the weirdest flavor ever. My “taco bun” was burnt and the customer service was so bland, they weren’t unkind but also not nice nor personable at all. I did come in at 8pm and they close at 9pm so maybe they were tired but YIKES. Note- I grew up with fresh and really good Asian food, even decent fast Asian food. I would rather have fried rice at Panda Express. The milk tea is pretty good, but if you order the brown sugar boba milk tea order it separately and it’s actually a little less by 9¢ which isn’t a big deal but still shocking that it doesn’t add up."

"We arrived at 5 pm approx, and they didn't had much of a line. The food and drinks were very tasty, and well served. They were quick. However place needs perhaps another person to clean, staff is bussy in the kitchen and cashier with customers. Great option for a date night."

"The food is always delicious here and it is ready fairly quickly. The prices are good and if you get the app you can earn points to use toward free food and drinks. I've visited several of the locations over the years and have always had a good experience."

"i liked bao’d up but i didn’t love it. the place was clean, pretty simple seating area, counter service, and friendly staff. prices seemed reasonable as well. i got the dan dan noodles and the soup dumplings. the dan dan noodles had a distractingly large pile of veggies on top that didn’t go well with the noodles. the flavor was decent with the broth but it could have used way more spice. the soup noodles were decent, the wrapper was a bit on the thick side but the filling tasted good. i don’t know if i would return unless i had no other option for dumplings."
