"Friendly customer service, but nothing more. Majorly overpriced classic burger. It doesn't even have lettuce and tomato. Overall, you get a better deal for the money at Whataburger or another chain. What a disappointment!"
"Spent 50 bucks on two burgers and tater tots. 20 dollar burger didn't come with any vegetables or sauces at all, at least regular burger had pickles and ketchup on it. Burgers were toward the lower end of serviceable. Nowhere near worth their price. Tots were stone cold and not even crispy. I know its an airport but what a terrible ripoff. At least the cashier was nice. I would have asked for a refund and returned if i was not jetlagged starved and in a rush."
"Unprofessional uncaring staff Burgers not worth 20.00 - taste is just ok 53.00 for two burgers and two bags of chips. Would not hurt my feelings if they went out of business- they need a lot of work to improve- I can go on and on I usually look at reviews before trying a new restaurant but difficult to do in an airport -just wanted a quick descent burger. Houston airport should not let this chain to operate on the property- bottom of the barrel imo."
"Went online to look at the menu. While looking I see burgers that are $5-7. This is NOT the case (and somehow I forgot to look at the reviews like I always do or I wouldn't be here writing this review today.) At the kiosk the basic burger is $13. The double bacon cheese was $17!!!! They said the tater tots cooked mushy so they subbed them with fries without asking. The fries were good but they were from The BBQ place across the way. The burger price does not include the fries/tots. The burger tasted fine but is so small. I understand airports inflate prices but this was crazy. 2 burgers, 2 drinks, a fry and a bag of chips for $60! Disappointing."
"Overpriced Airport Burger. $17 Yikes! My double cheeseburger actually tasted good. A step up from fast-food burger but not up to a sit down restaurant burger. What I didn't like was the order it yourself tablet with tiny difficult to read font and confusing option for "no sauce". There was the red circle w/slash by the "no sauce" text...which meant it HAS sauce and you need to "select" to remove sauce. Not intuitive."
