"One of my favorite airport foods at Terminal E. Don’t understand why people complain about “unbothered looking” staff. It is a fast food kiosk at an airport - what do you expect? fine dining service experience?? They handle hundreds of people (a lot of them rude) everyday. They don’t need to smile to you. It’s “transactional” food order. And it works great here. Also good food quality."

"Food was good, I'm well-fed. The coffee however mind as well be flavoured water, there wasn't enough cream and sugar to save it. Also had to ask to have the cup filled full instead of 2/3 full.. smh"

"Horrible service, long line , I had to wait like 20 with only 3 people ahead of me, nobody has a sense of urgency, one computer was down , the other computer wasn’t able to take order bc the manager has to erase the previous order and she was doing restocking, The kitchen crew was not wearing hats or any type of hair covering. I hope someone really take care of this location because my experience and the people behind me couldn’t be worse , this event happened on November 26th , at 5:36 , the manager name is Joel I think one of the crew members said ."

"0/10 would not recommend. The food was wildly disappointing even with very low expectations. Staff was rude and dismissive. They had no drinks, the fries were bland & not salty, and it took way longer than it needed to. This was the only place I could find something without gluten or dairy past 9pm, no where else would serve a burger or sandwich with lettuce instead of bun. What I got was genuinely disgusting, I had to force myself to eat it because I didn't have time to find something else before my flight. Can't even describe how gross it was."

"Food is ok 8/10. The problem with this place is the staff. All look unbothered and uninterested. It looks like they are doing you a favor. Their computer system always fails. Takes around 15 min for your order to be ready. I travel to houston quite a lot and visit this Wendy’s regularly. It is always the same problem. At least the food is good that is why i keep going. Fix it up!"
