"The hamburger was delicious, but small. They only had one employee working the floor who never brought us water dispute glasses being out at every seat. It took forever to get our drinks, and twice as long to get our food. The fries were plain and weren’t anything to write home about. For a $20 burger and $18 cocktails, they must be making mass profits for only having 3 employees, two of whom were cooks."
"The place was empty and you can use the QR code for ordering but there's no host that tells you how this restaurant operates, so it's confusing. The meat was unseasoned, burnt and crusty. Aioli nowhere to be found. Requested an extra red onion and it wasn't added. Fries were ok. Totally disappointed considering the 23 dollars price."
"Just flew in from South America and gave this place a try. Definitely one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. Meat was cooked perfectly medium rare and every component was top quality. Any rating this low quality has no idea of what good food is. Also, I am a chef with 38 years experience. Not to be missed"
"Food 3.5/5 - medium burger was definitely medium - clearly pink in the middle. A bit dry surprisingly. It was quite thick - 1/3lb might be. The bun was greasy - not sure if butter etc got on it or not. I appreciated the little to no salt on the burger patty itself so you can season yourself. Fries were ultra salty even though crisp on the outside and soft inside. Service 3/5 - had to ask for everything. From water to ketchup. Had to ask for drink I had already ordered. Socializing among themselves seemed to distract service. Value 3/5 - burger was 19$. Draft beer 11$. I know inflation is high, and staff hard to come by. Struggle to see the value at this airport location. Don't go by the menu posted on the wall. Items such as fish and chips are no longer on the online qr code menu."
