Whataburger

"I remember back in the day Whataburger was so good.I could have it breakfast,lunch and dinner.Open 24/7 made it so convenient to go to.In my youth I couldn't get enough of it now a days I go once in a blue moon it's just not as good to me anymore not sure if it's because in my maturity fast food is not really my thing.I did leave full and content my last visit.It really is difficult and rare to find good service there with the rise in prices for food these days good service goes a long ways and it's pretty much non existing at any Whataburger.Sad"

"Walked in at 7:35. Employee was standing in the office door, talking to someone for more than 5 minutes. (Manager since I did not see one anywhere.). Exactly what could be going on in office that is MORE IMPORTANT than customers during a busy time? This is NOT THE FIRST time I have experienced this at this restaurant! Something needs to be done. Manager should NEVER be in office during a rush"

"I visited the W on I35 in Austin yesterday, ordering the spicy bacon cheeseburger and fries at the drive through. The fries were not warm and were a bit mushy but the burger was the b.e.s.t. I've had in a couple years. It was delightfully tasty, hot, and made my drive to Austin worthwhile. Thank you!"

"Here’s some friendly advice, don’t do a take out pick up here. Try to get it through the drive thru if at all possible, that way you are clogging up the lane until they bring your food. Refuse to move up until you have it. Or you can spend thirty minutes standing inside. Your choice."
