"This would be AMAZING if you could order on the website, and if it also functioned like a normal drive thru so you had the option. The kiosk is clunky and constantly tries to upsell you on items. I don’t want to turn off my car then get out twice to order then pick up the food. It would be easier to walk into a physical Whataburger. They really push you to use the app but I don’t want to live in a world where you need an app downloaded for every fast food chain."

"Quick & Easy! It was my first time getting food from this location and it was a breeze. I work nearby so before I came I downloaded the app & placed my order. By the time I got to the drive thru my order was ready and the lady at the window was cheerful. Everything on my order was correct which doesn't always happen at fast food locations. I will be back!"

"I went for the first time soon after they opened. They've improved so much, and once I figured out the online system, I realized the beauty of never having to wait in a Whataburger line again. It's always in the locker at the estimated time. If there's a problem go in the drive through and they're happy to fix it"

"UPDATE: Decided to give them another chance with a simpler order and everything came out fine. It was in the locker within one minute of the estimated time. Not sure if my previous experience was a different team or if things just improved, but I'll go back. Just don't order anything toasted, especially the brioche bun! -------- Previous review: We were so excited to try the digital kitchen. Many missing items, and I ordered a toasted bun that came charred, blackened, and soaking wet. They said that's how the machine does it. The employee was kind and remade the order, however that too was incorrect. Asked for grilled onions on both burgers, but they were raw, greasy, and way too many for the sandwiches. My car smells horrid"
