"This is basically a 'take out only' kind of place. You have to order online and pickup. So there is no service or atmosphere. The food is delicious. The ingredients are fresh. I think the price was fair. I added it to my Austin based dining routines. I'm a big fan of Mediteranean... so definitely worth trying it out if you're looking for a take out option."

"Alex and her team do a great job at this digital kitchen. The salads and bowls are all fresh food and provide healthy options if that is your goal. I am a regular customer and have had no disappointments in terms of service or quality. The people I have dealt with are hard working and customer oriented. I didn't show any stars for atmosphere because although there is some limited seating inside and few outside tables, the place is really designed for take out. For what it is designed for, I give it five stars across the board."

"I showed up 15 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready (according to the app) and they hadn’t even started preparing the order. I waiting over 25 minutes after arriving. Only one other customer in the store. Then, they told me they ran out of rice and asked if lentils were ok as a replacement (what?). This is the chipotle of Mediterranean food with no service (it is designed to include no service element). Kind of like Whataburger digital kitchen; the world is not quite ready."
