"I have never really seen anything like this place (in a GOOD way!) This brick-and-mortar restaurant out in the middle of nowhere is serving fast casual Italian food at a whole new level. But don't worry about the distance, once you're here you will realize that the travel was well worth it. Everything here is absolutely top-notch. The atmosphere, service, and food are all above 5-stars really. Consistently, the staff is SO friendly and the food is always mind-blowing. The pasta, pizza, and bread is all completely fresh and you can really tell the difference. The toasted focaccia with some olive oil is a great starter, then the fresh pasta with pomodoro sauce? Next-level. Although there's nothing I can't recommend highly enough on this menu. Don't forget about the pizza either! I also want to add that they have a fantastic drink selection. The place is very expensive. But you can tell very quickly that the price is reflective of the quality and freshness of the ingredients. LOVE this place!"

"Is worth the wait! The best chicken alfredo I have had in a very long time being Italian I can absolutely say this was some of the best homemade butter noodles on-site I've had in Austin in a very long time! The pasta options though is only available for dinner starting at 4 p.m. so keep that in mind. They also have a Shirley Temple non-alcoholic beverage did they make in house with the pomegranate type juice that I will definitely try next time at the bar! Customer service here was phenomenal made me feel like family! Also the restroom with such a hoot I had to take some photos especially with the chimpanzees picture completing the unique experience at the sink to wash my hands with this phenomenal five-star hand soap that moisturized my hands and this cool wheel turn sink from years ago design that I wish more restaurants would adopt! Will definitely try to all beef meatballs next time as well! Did I mention that make the noodles pasta fresh on site?! Also plenty of parking including additional parking on the side which I took pictures of and plenty of dining areas would comfy seats all around!"
