"This business scheduled my appointment and never showed up to repair my ac for my house. Called 4 different times and finally at 7:00 pm they told it would be 2-3 more hours before they got to me. This is after taking a half day of vacation to be here to meet the service technician. The lack of communication on their part has definitely taken a paying customer away from them. Now back to square one with a hot house still in 100 degree weather."
