"I was shocked to see so many staff members tonight and MORE shocked that not one of them turned to greet us when we entered. They even passed by and did not acknowledge our presence. There was also no apology for the long wait. To top it off, we found out our order was wrong when we made it home. When I returned for the missing meal, there was no apology. There was another wait because no biscuits were ready. As I waited, I could hear another customer expressing her anger about a problem with her order."

"It’s been a while since we’ve had Popeyes, usually always get KFC. This location has very friendly staff and the service was almost instantaneous! Food was delicious but for me personally, I still love KFC more. My wife on the other side still love Popeyes. Overall, it was great grabbing food here and revisiting an old fast food spot that we haven’t had in a long time!"

"Awful customer service at drive through. The lady had quite an accent and was very rude and snarky (slammed the dt windows) and even yelled "ExcuSee ME??" over a simple inquiry about my order to confirm that what I requested was there in the bag. Didn't want to make a trip back in case things in the order were missing like other reviews have mentioned and it wasn't hard for her to respond yes or no instead of displaying such unpleasantness and attitude. She should use all that energy into servicing paying customers properly and not acting like it's a hassle to do her job and answer simple questions. Wouldn't come here again, and wouldn't recommend others to."

"Unfortunately I'm going to have to tell my fellow people not to come to this Popeyes. I had the drive-thru lady rush my order and then not even gave me everything I ordered. Missing food!!. I called establishment back to let them know I was missing food. They wanted me to come back with the receipt and the six orders I ordered and wait for them to check my bags like we are out here trying to steal food items. Ridiculous. Once I confronted the store manager, she was ready a very rude and said they had complete my order. I am no thief I told her to check her cameras and she panicked. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. I finally got home and two of my sandwiches were not fully cooked. RAW CHICKEN!!!"

"When we asked about the chicken we requested we were told it would take 20 minutes for fresh chicken as my daughter is pregnant. I've walked inside after about 30 minutes, I walked into the place and check it out for my review. The restaurant itself seems clean in like a nice atmosphere however, when I let them know that I had to get home ASAP to get my son the car back so he could work his night shift they started packing my things and I thought I would be out of there so I ran to the bathroom briefly and came right back to only two people standing up front I asked what was going on where everybody went and they said they were waiting on potatoes. This was 40 minutes later while my daughter finally decided to come in as she's worked in management at a fast-food establishment and tried to speak to a manager about the ridiculous amount of time it was taking and the lady could not even speak English. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. They started to do a job in this dropped the ball right in front of my face causing me to be late. I love Popeyes, but I will NEVER EVER go to this location again!!! This place is considered an ultimate disappointment!!"
