On the sweeter side. Com suong Bo Beef short ribs and broken rice 4/5 Meet was tender. Sauce was sweet and marinated well. Looked like a lot of meat but there was much more rice than meat. Could use a bit more ribs. Ca Kho To Carmelized Catfish 4/5 Cooked very well. Fish was very tender and fatty. Sauce was super sweet, which most places make it so."
