"If you think ordering pickup through the app will save you time, it won't. Came to pickup my mobile order that I placed through the Taco Bell app and was asked to show my name on my phone which was weird as I've never been asked to do that before. This is a Taco Bell like please. The app doesn't even show your name cuz you're only supposed to give them your name to get your order. Had to go through my email to show the order confirmation email and it took forever which defeats the purpose of rapid pickup."

"BE CAREFUL!!! This location is stealing credit card info. I would not trust this location. Last week I swipe my credit card here and the info was stolen. Immediately after I swipe. A purchase went through in Illinois somehow. At first I thought nothing of it but yesterday I swiped a different card and the same transaction from Illinois appeared AGAIN and it wiped out my entire account. I will be getting in contact with the police about this. This Taco Bell is full of criminals. HORRIBLE LOCATION."

"Okay I know y’all want to know my experience. Well the restaurant was very clean not busy. But the service was very questionable. So I walk into the Taco Bell and nobody greeted me for like seven minutes. Finally somebody comes up and instead of saying. can I take your order? They say did you place your order I was like what do you mean? I’ve been standing here for seven minutes then they proceeded to say oh you got a place your order on the kiosk I’m like but there’s nobody here can’t you just take my order? I’m sorry it’s Taco Bell‘s policy that you place your order on the kiosk I was like but I’m going to pay cash and you’re right here and there’s nobody else here. Finally, I gave up I was not gonna argue with him. I turned around to use the kiosk then he’s comes from behind the counter where I’m at and ask me do I need help. When I tell you, I took a deep breath and I slowly turned around to him and I said you want to help me help myself place the order on the kiosk when you could’ve just placed the order yourself on your computer. I was so livid he just walked away after that, because like why. I just want it to all make sense to me because I feel like I’m living in a Sim. Other than that the food was perfect nice and hot was very good. Just a very awkward situation."

"The best tasting Taco Bell I have ever went to & CONSISTENTLY GOOD. The staff will just sometimes mess up the orders.. like a lettuce only Taco. Everything tastes so fresh here. I'm sad that I waited so long for this review"

"The worst tacobel ever. I ordered a bowl and they handed it to me without closing the led and it all spelled on me and on my car seat. When I complained to the window cashier guy he's like "you be careful next time", as if it was my fault.... Horrible attitude too. You better spend your money somewhere else where you can be better served and respected"
