"They don’t like it when you used your app for free rewards I’ve been twice and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. My breakfast sandwich bread was burned and today my b fries took a bath in the salt. They were soo salty I couldn’t even eat them. No one answered the phone either only reason I didn’t bring them back is because the construction is soo bad. Worse Burger King ever!"

"Placed my order online as soon as I pulled up to the speaker they said they weren’t taking any order unless it was DoorDash or Uber I told them I placed my order online and paid already before arriving. I told them I had no problem waiting for my food but wanted to wait at the window instead of in the parking lot. They immediately started giving me pushback I said ok I can wait in the parking lot but would like a drink while I waited and was told no. I then asked why I couldn’t wait at the window they said something about a timer that has absolutely nothing to do with me I’m just trying to wait for my food. The manager said well no one told you to come at 9 pm. I was confused because their hours are 24 hours I wouldn’t have driven up here if my order didn’t go through on the app. Just a weird situation all the way around and it seems like they are just standing around as I’m waiting at the window. I get it’s just fast food but this just seemed weird."

"Did not receive my nuggets, did not receive the right type of fries, and I asked for easy ice and got no ice. Won't be visiting this location for a while. Hope to see improvements soon."

"After spending time at Discovery Green, eating less than half of a very subpar cheeseburger and dehydrated fries, I had to stop by for a REAL, flame-broiled burger. Burger King does not disappoint. Since I had already eaten a little bit, I only ordered a cheeseburger with tomatoes. It took a little longer than expected; but it was just right-hot and fresh. Of course, the construction is not their fault. The employees were wonderful. Edit: This is the BK on Scott, between JY and UH."

"This is the way my burger came out. I took a bite of the burger and thought they put two meats on my sandwich but it wasn't. It was this mess. Meat stacked on top of each other trying to make a whole meat patty. Cheese was smashed together and the whopper was falling apart as soon as I bite it. I am a firefighter and had to respond to an emergency and couldn't go back to have them fix it.. but I wouldn't and I am not going back there EVER."
