"I never have high expectations when going to taco bell but this was insane. All of my food was literally thrown in the bag. Cold as ice there was about 15 wrappers per taco in the bag"

"The worst taco bell in the city possibly. The lobby is always filthy, there's always multiple things empty from napkins to sauces. The tables are never clean and you'll find sticky spills and food bits on them and trash around the lobby and overflowing trash cans. Whoever closes definitely doesn't clean and restock because it's like this first thing in the morning and any time of day you go. It doesn't matter if there's 1, 2, or 3 people on staff, they will take forever to make your order even if you're the only person there. Oddly workers will just disappear into the back of the kitchen. It's as if they don't want to work or want to go chit chat or be on their phones back there. They never have any iced coffee ready or flat out just forget you order it (this has happened on several occasions). It happens when management is there and frankly they are sometimes engaging in the behavior or allowing it themselves. They never seem to be in a good mood and I can clearly see why. This whole store needs a serious overhaul of current management and employees. It's rough!"

"Rudest workers I have ever met. We pulled up to the window and the worker introduced himself once and then said he won’t take any delivery orders even though it was placed an hour before close. He then ignored us for the rest of the night. If you won’t do your job don’t work at all. We watched them hide from us afterward and this can be seen in the photos. I used to love this place but it is safe to say will never come here again. I kindly knocked on the window and they looked at me and pretended to ignore me. This was before close. Be lazy elsewhere."

"Worst taco bell experience ever. Guy was a complete tool over the ordering station getting aggravated absolutely no reason gave us tacos with 95% shell. Worst service worst experience. Never coming back"

"This TB is right by my house and my wife loves Taco Bell so we have given this location about 10 chances.. It quite literally disappoints every time. If it wasn’t for other locations that make the food better, we would boycott TB all together. Thankfully the other locations are not too far and the quality is far superior. This location is a literal nightmare. I understand staffing issues but there is a certain level of quality that must be maintained. The level of this TB is so low, as a business owner I would be appalled because you are 100% losing customers daily. The sodas are watered down and taste expired. The chicken quesadillas (our go to) are cold, dry, and not cooked all the way through. They taste expired. Also presentation is important. Attached is a photo of how my quesadilla came. Outraged is an understatement. It literally looks like someone just jumbled up some ingredients into a tortilla and packaged it. They failed to even cut it. I just threw it in the trash. I thought about going back to complain in person but this has happened so much that I just decided to drive to the other location. They took care of me."
