Whataburger

"I've been to quite a few whataburgers in my time and this one was great. The proportion of the burger contents was amazing and well distributed. Would come here again. Edit: The order today was good, based on the food. However, the ordering process and the wait was a bit long. Seems like a bit of mismanagement."

"I would put a O stars if possible, walked in to dine in tonight and while I patiently waited for my food I was given a bag with my food inside, didn't think much of it until a group of friends (white ethnicity) walked in and was handed their dine in food on a tray, I definitely felt a bit uncomfortable do to me being of Hispanic ethnicity, I felt as if my presence was not welcomed here and was taken as a sign to leave. It's also not the first time I've felt racial discrimination here, as l've had a few weird experiences late at night with the staff before. Very bad experience I will definitely be going to the Lakeway location from now on."

"They forgot some of my food, so I called and asked if I could get what I missed remade at a later date and they said they could do that for me. That was wonderful, and I appreciated the offer. However, when I went to reorder I was given the completely wrong item on the reorder. The car line was around the corner, so I just took off so I didn't inconvenience others. Check to make sure your orders are correct."

"Placed order on app, upon arrival, waited 5-10 minutes to be able to notify them I had a mobile order. It then took 40 MINUTES!!! To get my order. People that ordered prior were getting prioritized. The “manager” Carlos was terrible to fix the situation. Didn’t have a solution when asked about it, just shrugged. Also food had 1 slice of bacon when all said it’s suppose to be 3. Guy in the front taking orders was more prepared than the manager."

"Every visit is a disappointment. 3 rd time my order is wrong . An Whataburger won’t reach back to me every time I take a survey. Been sitting for over 10 mins and was asked what I was waiting for , after I told her what I had order"
