"I was a manager for Chilis for 10 years at a high performing store in the Houston area. I say this because I know the Brinker standard. I have been to this location a few times and have seen some alarming issues. Let’s begin with the parking lot. It’s dirty. A manager should be checking this routinely. That parking lot should be spotless. It’s the first impression for the guest. Walk around pick up trash and check out your foliage. If you need new plants call a landscaper and get it replaced. I had an old AD at Chilis named Henry and he always said “Your restaurant should always look like Disney World” what he meant by this is when you go to Disney they are always busy and always clean. The few times I’ve visited the host was not present. Someone either a host, server or manager should be there to at least greet the guest. Being acknowledged goes a long way and 90% of the time the guest is understanding. Bartender was fine. Very busy and and did the best they could. Food was satisfactory and came out quickly. Refills on my tea came pretty promptly. The restaurant has a dirty and unorganized feel to it. Menus should be clean and neat. Floors should be free or debris. Tables should be cleaned promptly. Guests notice all of these things. Make it a fun and welcoming place that people want to come back to. Friendless and cleanliness are paramount to success. In summation Brinker is a fantastic company to work for and grow with. Put in the effort and they will take care of you. Use the tools. Delegate and help your team..it goes a long way. Implement the Oz principles in work and in life. They are really helpful and will help you grow as a manager and a person. I want to eat here and want to see this place succeed. Some of the best years of my life were with this company. They will let you grow as long as you are willing to put in the work. Cedar Park and Leander are growing rapidly and there is opportunity to make lots of money! Edit: I changed my review because the automated reply irritated me. "Love me some Chilis! I like getting the endless soup, salad, and chips for $10! I can stuff myself full of soup and watch sports at the bar. Can't wait to return!"

"Delicious! Husband and I found a Chili’s gift card and we were so impressed with the quality of our lunch today. Salad and entree for $10, husband had the chipotle bowl and I ordered boneless wings, both were so satisfying. Quick and easy curbside service, I saw the young lady was so sweet and helpful to another older customer while I waited and it made me smile. It was all an unexpected pleasant experience for a random Monday lunch, definitely coming back to dine in too and look forward to enjoying again in the future!"

"Hate to give three stars but I was super disappointed during my time dining at Chili's I have ate at many locations and never really had a bad experience but this past visit was very mediocre. I walked in around 5:30pm and they weren't too busy but surely acted like it, me and my friend waited at the front for someone to greet us for a few minutes, host finally comes over to sit us at at a booth with no menus just silverware, we sat there for about 10-15 mins until someone that wasn't even our server asked if we have been helped notices we don't have menus and attempts to go find some. a few minutes later the manger comes over to explain he will be helping out the server because she was a little behind. We ended up both ordering steaks I asked for mine to be well done and my friend wanted his medium rare and since it's was their birthday they had $3.13 Margaritas so we also had a few drinks. When our orders came out I noticed my steak still had a lot of juices coming from it looking just like my friend steak I cut into mine and immediately noticed that my steak was not fully cooked it still was very pink and raw I called over to my server and asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked a little longer they then took my steak put it on a different plate and sent it back to the kitchen a few minutes later they bring back my steak and it was still pink not to sound like a difficult customer but I know what well done looks like. The pictures I took here are after they brought it back a third time and I still noticed that it wasn't fully cooked liked I wanted. The cook even came back from the kitchen glaring at me from the corner probably because he thought I was joking about how I wanted it. After the third time my sides was cold and I was just fully dissatisfied and sent everything back ready to go. The manger did his best to accommodate me by taking off my meal and even comping my appetizer. The only thing our assigned server did was check In maybe like twice to see how everything was but other than that she did nothing to help us. The only good thing about my time there was the Margaritas. Definitely won't be going back to that location anytime soon really just because of the lack of service."
