"I feel that we were cheated on our sandwich. We got a foot long chicken teriyaki and the sandwich maker only put 1 scoop of chicken for the entire sandwich. Then, when veggies were added we literally got 4 pieces of each. That's 4 tomatoes, 4 pieces of onion, 4 pieces bell pepper and so on. When paying full price you should get a full sandwich the way the franchise intended. This subway will be off my list of places to frequent."

"I put in an order online. An error popped but I restarted the app and it showed the order as in progress and my bank account showed a pending charge. I arrived to pick up my sandwich but it didn't exist. I showed the manager and cashier the order on the phone app and my bank account and they still refuse to make the sandwich so I left and had lunch elsewhere. Still need to see if the payment went through and get a reminder sandwich will update without much of a pain that ends up being."
