"Ordered to take out feb14, the time wait was okay the food was fresh . The fries kinda salty . The orders was correct . However I came today and it was empty this morning ,all workers onboard inside and out .also clean looking . I paid for the food and waiting in the chairs to be called . When getting home after drinking the good lemonade I realized the sandwich was not how I asked . Because it was. Supposed to be grilled .chicken sandwich with cheese lettuce and tomato instead a pickle and fried .it tasted fresh however I didn’t understand how that happened and decided it’s not my job to figure it out ; however that is unacceptable for it to reach many hands before mines a machine and still a wrong order . I shouldn’t have to double look to see if a sandwich is correct either with this being said I thought this could be fairly an easy front of the house job if you’re listening to the orders and your back house is reading . So I’m not supporting egos . Just essentially what I paid for ."

"I cannot believe that they served half full fries and have an attitude when it was brought to their attention. On 1/23 I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with large fries and drink along with grilled chicken nuggets. I got my order and sat down and immediately I went back to the cashier to tell them if I could get a full large fries not the one I got. A gentleman said that it was full which obviously trying to tell me that I am lying. I am not trying to be difficult but accusing someone with this is not very Christian like let alone professional. As a Christian person, I try to support Chick-Gil-A because of your founder, however, I just don’t think I can support this establishment any longer."

"Beware of ordering ahead of time on the app. Since using the app to order ahead of time, my food order is usually incorrect and since I catch it before I leave, now what I noticed today is that they gave me a faulty cup that is pricked all the way around so my drink spills slowly. I was wondering why my napkins were soaked after placing my drink on top. Video enclosed. This staff doesn't like orders ahead of time. They look annoyed when you show up to ask for your food and they've had to place it on their PickUp shelf. They should discontinue this service if it pains them and they're going to give faulty cups. That's unprofessional and a bad customer experience. I used to frequent this Chick-fil-A as I was seeking to eat their salad more often. I used to walk up to the counter to order but sometimes the wait would be too long for the time I'm allotted for lunch. Since then, I've used their App to order food ahead of time so it's ready by the time I get there. As I've stayed above, beware of ordering ahead of time. I no longer feel comfortable ordering at this location. I fear that they'll start doing something to the actual food or drink."
