"I've never been here before, but thanks to Michelle she walked me through it with great customer service. The food itself is just okay for me (I wished the bread was warmed - even though mine was toasted), but there are more flavors to try, so maybe I've not found the right one for me, yet."

"I really wanted to like this place as soup and sandwich is one of my favorite meals and don't support Panera Bread but I was really disappointed with this place. I got the spicy pimento sandwich with a croissant, loaded baked potato soup and Mac n cheese. The pimento itself was alright but the croissant was stale and tough to chew on and did not taste fresh at all. The bacon was like kind you buy precooked and put in the microwave. The lettuce and tomato tasted fresh enough. The baked potato soup had a good flavor and texture other than the big tough pieces of potato skin that were impossible to chew up. The Mac n cheese was probably the worst as it was bland and had a grainy texture. The cookie was unexpected and nice touch and was probably my favorite part of the meal. Good amount of food for the cost but definitely lacks in quality, taste, and freshness."

"Continuing my ONLY FIRSTS IN '24 Journey, I landed at Chicken Salad Chick ... without knowing what to expect on the menu or any recommendations, at the end of the day my experience at Chicken Salad Chick was nothing short of delightful. I ordered a Chicken Salad BLT with the Olivia's Old Fashioned Chicken Salad and a Turkey club (to share, LOL). Both were symphonies of flavor, showcasing the freshness and quality of ingredients. The chicken salad, a star in its own right, had the perfect blend of savory and creamy notes, making each bite a pretty decadent indulgence. The Turkey Club was equally impressive, with the layers of ingredients which harmonized seamlessly. And it was loaded with Turkey! As equally praiseworthy were the the macaroni and cheese which was everything a good homemade mac-n-cheese should taste and feel like, rich and comforting. And I failed to take notice of the lemonade brand until after leaving and tasting, but it was delicious and a refreshing balance to the savory dishes. The attention to detail and commitment to quality at Chicken Salad Chick were evident in every aspect of my meal. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere added to the overall positive experience and Denise was awesome in providing extraordinary service! I will def. be back, but it will have to be in 2025!"

"I LOVE this place! Always great friendly service. Excellent chicken salads, soups, Mac n cheese, and tea! The inside is adorable. This place is everything that is disappearing...great service and afforable! I always get chicken salad (all different kinds, love them all) sandwich, soup, and Mac n cheese (this time, it's great!) all for $12 and change!"

"We tried jalapeño holly and buffalo barclay sandwiches along with chicken tortilla soup and fresh fruit cup. Very tasty and fresh. Amazing service and staff was patient as this was our first time .they let us try samples and helped decide us Better. This way no wastage or food .very much recommend this place ! Loved the fresh fruit ! Good portions and tastes fresh. There were mini buttercream cookies and picked as a side for sandwiches. Nice touch with the cookies ! We ordered a strawberry lemon and it was too sweet for my liking ! A little artificial in taste though ! Overall a good experience and definitely worth trying !"
