"I don't know what it is about Friday nights, but this location falls apart on Fridays. Made an order in the app for collection. It was incomplete missing my son's entire kids meal, and all food was stone cold. Last time we went also a Friday placed an order in the app got there and despite being charged and having the order showing clearly in the app they didn't receive it so I had to park up and wait. They know it's going to be busy on Fridays, so why not have more staff and more management to supervise and support to reduce these mistakes and issues. Will avoid on Fridays in future."

"Sub par location at 9:45 pm I made an online order paid extra for add INS and it was the most mediocre making of the food I've seen from a Chick Fil A, apart from the location being nice the people staffed are rude and obviously don't care about how the food turns out"

"Went through the drive-thru, even though it was busy it still went fast! All my food was hot, order was accurate. Took the food to a nearby park for a picnic with the kids, what a great afternoon. Thanks Chick-fil-A!"

"Gave me the wrong order. Looks like they just slapped on American cheese, or it was an old order they just gave me. Not sure how you mix up pimento with American cheese. Hope I can get a refund/credit."

"Same great Chick-fil-A service just a different location !! Girl that was taking our order was in training but no issues at all !! Manager was there to help her out and we were able to get through the line with no issues !! Food was hot and fresh and order was correct !! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Chick-fil-A !!!!"
