"Asked for wings to be “wet” multiple times. The had NO sauce. Called the store to let them know and the manager proceeded to tell me they made them wet like asked and I must need more sauce."

"I went to this location a few weeks ago. Got home and my chicken was not cooked..contacted the mgr.she says hey I will put you down for a free meal when you come back. I called back about 5 days later. I tried to place the order and of course the lady that answered the phone said I have no idea what you are taking about. You have to talk to the mgr...wait for it. I said what's the mgr name....she said I cant tell you.just call back and try to catch her if she here."

"I just ordered food December 22nd 2023. I was missing my boneless. Wings the classic wings I ordered were dry and overcooked couldn't eat them. on top of that the fries were cold. I've tried calling the store 10 times and nobody has answered. So now I'm writing this post."

"I placed a order for a late pick-up. I made the order at about 12:15pm to be ready at 2:30pm. But I get to the store at 2pm and my order is already ready just sitting on a shelf cold. I had other things to do which is why I wanted a scheduled order so I couldn't wait until they fixed my order. I got home and noticed the fries were burnt and possibly recooked several times. I ordered mostly boneless wings with 1 order of bone-in wings but those were missing. It was a horrible experience and the food was nasty. luckily my dog enjoyed it. I believe they are targeting speed over quality or someone wasn't paying attention."

"I specifically asked for well done winga. When she told me my wings would be done in 13 minutes I told her I wanted well done. Will there be extra cook time. Her response was "(I'll tell them in the back)". The mixed my chicken with them fries because my chicken is almost blond and my fries are a step from black."
