"I did not feel welcomed when I entered the facility no smiles no greeting piss poor customer service & the food was mediocre at best burger was so greasy couldn’t enjoy it. I watched the owner wait hand & foot & provide excellent customer service to the customers who look like her. Very misleading place with the name Ms. Betty !"

"We called in an order for pickup. The order was ready in the timeframe that was provided. Everyone overall enjoyed the food when I arrived back home. We ordered a variety of items to include fried chicken wings, fish sandwich, stuffed crab, stuffed shrimp, fried fish, and fries. The chicken wings were definitely the star out of everything that was ordered. This place is cash-only. They will let you know if you call in an order and it is posted if you place an order in-person. The chicken was better than the seafood, but the seafood is pretty good."
