"This jack is very upsetting. Tonight I went to this location to get my son some food. When I got to the window there was no one there to take the money. When she did come I didn't see her n was shocked that she just popped up randomly. She was gone for a good minute. Now as soon as I take my window down she walks away n closes the door. I then wait another good minute. Till she comes back... I don't understand why she treated me so rudely when not one was I rude to her. And I want to bring something to your attention. Two months ago I came here for a water cup. One of the clear cups and the women tried to charge me 1.99, she said jack was changing or something. I then come today in the day time and ask for a water cup and she gave it to me for free. I asked if they charged n she said you guys never did. So I would like to know why did the old lady try to charge me? Not right at all."

"This one's in sunny side. The worker had hot pink hair and gave us excellent service. I worked for Jack n box once. It's a very hard job and I quit after two weeks. I give appreciation to the young lady."

"Jack In The Box is normally a go to when in a rush. Today was the worse experience. I ordered a jumbo Jack meals no pickles only cheese add tomato. I also ordered a jr jumbo Jack. Both had pickles and my bread was so saturated with the catchup and mustard to where the sandwiches are falling apart. I ask for another soda the young man stated it’s extra. Hello!!!!!!! I was expecting a free soda! In today’s society of fast food chains I guest you have to find a good one and stick with it. I will never stop at this location again"
