"Manager Rick and his team were AWESOME! The issue here was not Pei Wei, but the person who ordered the food for me online. He messed up my order but Manager Rick and his team quickly resolved my issue with his kindness and lovely hospitality. If I were corporate, I would promote him to corporate customer service trainer. Rick and his team should be rewarded for their great customer service!"

"Their food is horrendous. The vegetable rolls had the center cold, couldn’t take a second bite. Their orange chicken is so sweet you will feel like you’re eating a dessert, and lack for substantial chicken. The kung pao shrimp was half edible, the vegetables were not nearly cooked enough. Terrible flat green beans and carrots. They have the audacity to charge people money for this inedible menu! And don’t have the etiquette to even offer customer any resolution. Never go here, fast food is better than this."

"The food was just flat out nasty… and $40 for two entrees….. like literally inedible… do not wast your money here… my husband and I got up from dinner and went somewhere else… the lady was nice so not her fault… it was just so disappointing in this day and age when you wanna spend a little money and go out to eat and it’s disgusting…"

"Great food, kinda pricey even with Coupons. Friendly Staff. Their food is soo good, i got the firecracker chicken and my mom got the sesame chicken and we got the Mongolian green beans to share. The Firecracker to me was better but both good, the green beans were very delicious. My mom got the fried rice when she went with family i wasn't there but she said it wasn't that good. So we got the white rice this time which is good, but it should be since its hard to mess up. Update 12/14/22 Food great as always but the firecracker chicken barely had any sauce and when i asked for more they said i had to pay for it, so i had no choice. But considering how small the portions are and having to pay $12 for one entree with no drink kind of wish i didn't have to pay almost a dollar/$.96 for extra sauce. When the last time i got firecracker Chicken it had plenty of sauce. The KungPao Chicken had way more sauce I don't know if the picture below shows that the firecracker chicken didn't have enough sauce but it didn't. Also one time we came no one knew how to ring up the gift cards with the $5 free sale that is going on. So i couldnt even buy the gift cards i wanted because i wanted the free $5. Update 1/11/2023 Food was mostly good, the one chicken was a very dry like they over cooked it, i wish i mentioned it to them. They are always friendly but cant seem to train their employees. Ive used the app more because im afraid they won't know how to ring up the coupon like before lol. Update 4/12/2023 They burned my spring roll, so now i have to drive back up there and complain tomorrow. Over cooked i could understand but they literally gave it to me burnt! Update: 4/13/2023 Went back to show them the spring roll the cashier was super nice and couldn't believe it and even showed the cooks and she said she would tell the other cooks. I think she felt bad cuz she offered me a new spring roll and i think she thought that wasnt enough for the inconvenience so she gave me a free entree also. Which honestly i think is the right call considering the trouble i had to go through to drive back up there and then when i found out it was burnt when i got home."

"First time in, truck driver & was delivering down the street, walked down there to try this place out. Great food, service was ok, might want to bring ear plugs for the screaming kids place is super loud at least when we came in, places that don't have normal ceilings to cut down on noise, just a friendly warning if you're looking for peace and quiet to eat this isn't your place! Still giving 5 stars because of the food, best to get it to go!"
