"Unbelievable, not only was the staff rude but they are Racist!! One of the employees didn't bother to ask for the name of our order instead they automatically assumed the name was "Maria" simply because we look hispanic. Sick behavior, Would not recommend."

"This location is not like most Chick-fil-A’s. You’re not going to get the same service. They’re usually out of sauces. This location is frequently out of things. That’s on management. And they don’t act sorry about it. No shakes available on the app tonight. I ordered to-go. I look in the bag and there were no straws. I went and got them myself. I’m glad I checked. Just not the same quality of service you usually get from Chick-fil-a. I’m surprised the ratings are as good as they are."

"The new bread man that works for KURZ, I learned he’s new on the route and I couldn’t get a last name because of that. He has a lot of animosity and no manners whatsoever. Chick fil a your service is top tier. John’s mouth and attitude are below par / poor quality. He cursed me out in the drive through line and told me I wasn’t going to do anything. He said I wouldn’t get out the car and do anything to him because he doesn’t even work there. I felt threatened by that but I played it cool. John shouldn’t be on chick fil a premises with an attitude like that. I’ve never seen anyone at chick fil a display behavior such as John from HURZ bread co. Food was great. Manager great. Drive thru employee named Erick great he helped immediately and so did the manager. But that bread man would make me never return to that location again."

"Worse Chick-fil- A location. I went to buy a grill sandwich at 11:52 A.M on 8/18/2023 and spent an hour at the drive-thru. The employees forgot to put the bun on the sandwich. I had to go back and get the bun. When I went home, I discovered a fly in the container where the sandwich had been placed. The store manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide her name and a refund and hung up the phone. I called again, and the second time I called, another employee answered the phone and asked for the manager’s name and the employee gave a false name. Mobile order: Drive-thru #9980243"
