"Your host/servers really make or break your experience here. Our hostess Ms Diana's personality and attentiveness at clearing our table made our dinner feel as if we were eating at home. She playfully interacted with my children respectfully. My only complaint was the ice cream area was very unhygienic due to adults not supervising their children while they served themselves. "They didn't have any food available when we came all the pans were mostly empty or cold the person who seated us asked if I needed a high chair or a booster seat for my grandkids but never brought them to the table I had to ask our waiter 3 times for our drinks to be refilled it wasn't even a full restaurant only a few families she ignored me when I tried to wave her down to ask for napkins then went to the next table and spoke with them and still didn't bring me any napkins I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE I USUALLY GIVE TIPS BUT I CAN'T TIP WHEN HER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND SHE DIDNT GIVE THE OTHER 2 TABLES THE SAME TREATMENT AND I TOLD THE MAN WHO CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER I DIDNT APPRECIATE HOW SHE TREATED ME AND MY GRANDKIDS"
