"At this location, the fries are always soggy and cold even when I request extra cook time and ask them nicely for extra crispy fries. On the contrary, they overcook the boneless wings, and it's like bitting into tree bark."

"The wait is so long for no reason because they give you the wrong order anyways. I ordered 2 totally different meals from what was given to me and the funny thing is, the receipt on the bag was my receipt but somehow they still got it wrong. Dont even get me started with the customer service, just HORRIBLE, this location is a joke. And no this is not the first time this has happened either. Never again ordering from here, yall shouldn’t waist yall time either."

"Just Gross, Worst Experience EVER!! Do not waste your time or money here! We placed a large order online and waited an hour after our promised time for food to be ready. The chicken wings had big feathers attached and they covered the feathers with sauce!! When I complained to manager, she had an attitude and asked me what do you want me to do about it??"

"Don’t think service can get worse at this location. You can call ahead, place an online order 10 hours early. You’ll still be waiting 30 mins to an hour for your food. Go anywhere else 40 extra mins for cold burnt fries"

"I love wingstop but not from here. If I'm not there in person to check my order something is always messed up. Every time I get delivery I regret it. Today my order was missing items (we will see if my credit is valid when, if, I order again). I'm surprised the door dash driver took the bag since it was soaked and dropping in butter. Someone decided it was a good idea to lay one of the containers on its side. Containers with wings were also smashed causing more butter to leak out. I mean like just care a little."
