"The burger thickness was great. Once before a sauce was used that tasted great, but I didn't taste it this time. The meat was dense; not juicy. I wonder have they ever thought of using oatmeal because it moistens the ground beef/ground chuck/ ground round very well. My husband loved his burger, but it was too dense for me."

"Ordered delivery. Doordasher kept half my food. Thanks "Yung". The wet lemon pepper wings were extremely salty. I couldn't finish my 10 count. Just eww. Terrible 1st experience. Had to send my husband to get the rest of the order for pickup. So annoying. I doubt see the hype. The reviews had us ready to try this place."

"I'm normally used to the location on Cullen and Reed Rd. This location is Cullen and Beltway 8. The service isn't the same. When I tried to call my order in, they hung up the phone in my face. When arriving at the location, my husband questioned the employees who were hanging up in customers' faces. The ladies pointed out this one lady, and she was laughing about it like it was funny. We could have matched their energy and gave them what they were asking for, but then they'll be quick to say the customers are problematic. The wings, fries, and philly were cold. I don't understand that because we stay right down the street from this location, and the wait to get the food was long. I will stick with the location on Cullen and Reed Rd. They have better service, and the food quality was better too."

"Food is always on point. There's just not enough room for the customers. This place draws a crowd for the food. Small seating area, but overall, it's a good spot for food."
