"I went into this location which my company frequent multiple times a week and order two sandwiches… Both to be toasted… Sandwiches were not toasted and the young lady at the register argued with me that my sandwich was correct .. the sandwich was as pale as her skin.. zero stars. Horrible customer service .."

"I've been going to the subway for years, along with the other two subways that are close (fallbrook and west road) and this subway has been consistently overheating their sandwiches when they toast them. It started about 6 months ago I noticed it so I started going to the other locations when they are perfectly toasted. At this location they toast the sandwiches so much that the bread turns hard, brittle and crunchy and falls apart when eating making a huge mess. This is the only location I notice this issue. I came here again today out of convenience but they need to turn down this toaster. I'd avoid this location if you get toasted sandwiches. the hard bread crumbs in the pictures is about half of what fell off the sandwich."

"The change manager, the portion is poor, the food looks bad, and the new staff is not friendly..."

"This is the second time I've been to this location and this is the second time I've ordered soup. Both times they were almost out and scraping the bottom of the bucket to pour my cup. I've ended up with basically a half cup both times. This is how it looked when I opened it for the first time at home. Some of the noodles were actually hard because they weren't in the broth for who knows how long. I even asked if it was a half cup and the worker didn't respond. So ridiculous."
