"Don’t like leaving bad reviews but when your staff aren’t in a good mood it reflects on the entire establishment. Ordered lunch with my husband and while my husband was ordering Eva R had the most unwelcoming attitude I honestly wanted to get a refund and take my business somewhere else but decided to take the food to go the mood in the store is so dry, please hire more welcoming staff members."

"I didn’t even know that I liked Five Guys until I visited this location. The food is always fresh and the customer service is always pleasant. Not to mention they keep the dinning room very tidy. I am pescatarian, so I always order the Veggie Burger with cheese."

The staff's unwelcoming attitude close to closing time was evident, and their decision to start cleaning with soapy water before closing created unsafe conditions. This resulted in a significant fall for my daughter as we were leaving the restaurant, causing both physical pain and disappointment. Customer safety should be a priority, especially when closing procedures compromise it."

"My daughter had 8 8yr girls for my granddaughters bday. The food was good but the workers were great with the noise of 8 little girls one of the male cooks even pulled out 2 dollars from his wallet when we sang happy birthday yes I know you're saying 2$ isnt much but its not the money its the kindness you just don't see often.the 3 workers all were pleasant smiling and never came and asked the girls to quiet down."

"I haven’t been to Five Guys in a while and I completely understand the other reviews I read on saying the quality is bad. However I was absolutely amazed as how the burger tasted! It’s really amazing. The customer service is decent not anything special. However the food is absolutely amazing. I didn’t try the fries however I hear they are great also."
