"Absolutely horrible customer service. This place is a joke. I went there and spent over 40 dollars on breakfast items, and out if all my order there was 1 honey butter chicken biscuit missing. I went back to the location and spoke to the manager. The manager argued with me saying that it was in the bag. It clearly was not in the bag. I mean if all the items I ordered I'm missing one biscuit and they are calling me a liar. They refused to give me something that I paid for. I will never be back to this location and I plan on telling everyone I know not to visit this location. These people are straight up thieves. I hope the manager chokes on my chicken biscuit"

"I like what a burger, but this place in Texas City sucks. It's commendable that they hire the mentally challenged, but maybe a manager with a high school diploma would help? I have yet to see them get 3 out of 5 orders correct. Don't ask for anything special here or ask them to hold anything, that's the recipe for disaster!"
