"First time ever at a whataburger. The girl who took our order seemed like she hated her life. The food was good. Definitely understand the hype behind it."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. This place is a joke. I went there and spent over 40 dollars on breakfast items, and out if all my order there was 1 honey butter chicken biscuit missing. I went back to the location and spoke to the manager. The manager argued with me saying that it was in the bag. It clearly was not in the bag. I mean if all the items I ordered I'm missing one biscuit and they are calling me a liar. They refused to give me something that I paid for. I will never be back to this location and I plan on telling everyone I know not to visit this location. These people are straight up thieves. I hope the manager chokes on my chicken biscuit"

"I like what a burger, but this place in Texas City sucks. It's commendable that they hire the mentally challenged, but maybe a manager with a high school diploma would help? I have yet to see them get 3 out of 5 orders correct. Don't ask for anything special here or ask them to hold anything, that's the recipe for disaster!"

"They had terrible service today and this is the first time that they denied me to use a plug to charge my phone. They are really rude at this location. The food was thrown in the bag like a mad toddler assembled it. The lobby wasn't all that clean either ."
