"Disappointing Service Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I've had some seriously disappointing experiences with Don McGill Toyota. I took my car there for a routine oil change, clearly instructing them not to wash my car using automatic machines due to concerns about potential damage. To my dismay, when I returned to pick up my car, it had been washed against my explicit instructions, and I found multiple scratches on the exterior. This was a major letdown and demonstrates a lack of attention to customer preferences and vehicle care. Furthermore, I specifically asked them not to change my tires or use regular tire gas because I had filled them with hydrogen gas previously. However, they completely disregarded my request and replaced my tires with the wrong type of gas, showing a disregard for my specific instructions and the unique needs of my vehicle. To make matters worse, the manager promised to fix the exterior damage to my car but failed to follow through. It's been three weeks, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, they have not returned my calls. This level of customer service and communication is unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Don McGill Toyota was extremely disappointing, and I would caution anyone seeking service there to be wary of their disregard for customer instructions and their failure to fulfill promises."

"The worst company I have ever seen. Customer service is zero zero zero. Staff can not answer the simple questions. If one person is off the rest of team can not take the responsibility to talk to client. I gave my vehicle to body shop on July 26. A few plastic parts needed to be changed. I got an estimate in 10 days. I understood that finish would be too far. Today is August 20. They still tell me - "update will be on Monday". It's not surprise for me. They can't do their job properly. I am so disappointed. One of the biggest mistake of my life. I'll never recommend this place to anyone."

She confidently answered all of my questions, checked back with me to make sure my wait was pleasant, and ensured that all of my truck's needs were met!
