"The food is very good, though I would not recommend as you don’t get your food for a very long time. We had people ordering after us get their food, waited for orders for more than 40 minutes when we had no one in front of us. EDIT: I actually take back the point about food (we had loved it the first time), but after that very long wait the second time we were there, our orders didn’t even come out correctly: the chicken sandwiches that were supper to gave grilled cheeses on them only had bread with mayo instead."

"Right from the start the customer service was amazing. We were a group of 5 ordering a lot of food and they were patient with us, helped suggest items, and made us feel like VIP. Then came the delicious food. I got the chicken sandwich where the buns are grilled cheese sandwiches. An extravagant sandwich and very large but it never felt heavy in the stomach. It wasnt dripping with grease but instead loaded with coleslaw and pickles on 2 tenders. Only thing was I got the 2nd hottest spice level and it wasn't that spicy, for me. I also got a Reese's puff shake and it was like I was drinking the cereal which is amazing"
