"Went through drive thru forgot my receipt after I got home the meat in my burger was cold like the burger had been sitting a while. This is the first time I get a cold burger like i asked for a cold cut sandwich. I ask for ketchup like they could not give me the ketchup I had to grab out her/ his hand. They done lost my service."

"The lady at drive thru today 9/4/2023 5:20 p.m. either has a big language problem or it's something wrong with her mentally. I told my order at least 2 or 3 times if not more. Then, once I got up to the window, I had to do the same thing again. Then, once I got my food, the steak fingers were fried too hard and a little salty. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention her nasty attitude. When I was at the window, she got an attitude with me for them having a long line. I told her she needed to get my order correct before worrying bout the people behind me"
