"Impossible to eat at this place. EVERYTIME we go through the drive thru we wait 15 minutes before we get to the speaker to order then they put you on hold for another 10 minutes. They only have 2 cars in line. Young girls taking orders could care less. They tell u to wait 3 times so I have to drive away. I can get faster service at a sit down restaurant. Has happened the same way the last 4 attempts to eat here. They just need to get rid of this place and make it an express chicken."

"Ordered the new bacon and cheese sandwich and not once but twice in one month they gave me the regular spicy sandwich What a foul from service, un acceptable. Then they are out of sweet tea, lemonade, regular tea, basically just soda left. This place USED to be good but they need a major change. Plus why the chicken is so small now ?"
