"The officer at the entrance of the building told me we could not eat here unless we had a patient at the children’s hospital here ! Even though I’m a patient at MD Anderson within walking distance and on a medically prescribed diet which I informed him of - he said oh sorry about that ! BEWARE other MD ANDERSON patients - Cancer patients aren’t welcome at the Subway in this hospital"
"Keeping it very simple the Subway in Texas Children has very rude service. Not much to say just rude & unprofessional . I asked for a number 9 and when I asked to remove the veggies she gave me a smart remark saying “that is not a number 9” just take the onion and peppers off and move on!! Had an attitude the whole time she was making my sandwich."
"Rude young Hispanic guy. This young made my sandwich but a Hispanic lady rang me up. She forgot to give me my chips. I went back to the registrar to tell her but the same Hispanic guy practiclly shoved he aside and rudely said what? I said she forgot my chips. He looks at her and tells her in Spanish, Did you forget his chips? She said yes, He said OK, did he pay for them? That's rude in my book. And soda machine not working but ice works and tea is made. But their is knatts flying all around the drink area. And it's always hot inside. The employees ate louder then the guest laughing and chatting (in Spanish) like they don't have a thing to do. Clean the dam drink area."
"The dude that works in the morning is so rude, why is he still working here? If you can't properly make a sandwich without arguing with the customers then you should probably be working at a gas station instead of being incompetent at making something so simple like a damn sandwich"
"RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Customer service has definitely gone out the window at this location! the punk (young man is too nice of a name for him) behind the counter was downright rude when I mistakenly told him I wanted oven roasted chicken breast (I thought that was the sliced deli style) he yelled at me when I told him no, i didn't want the whole chicken breast. He yelled, "this is what you said so what do you want!" it was rather embarrassing since there were customers in line. Then when you try to ask for the manager, they act like they don't speak English! There are plenty of other establishments for me to give my money to. I guess that's why this place is not as crowded as it use to be during lunch rush!"
