"This 2 star review is for the individual security guard at the front. I love Chick-fil-A, and it was my first time trying to eat at this specific medical center location. The security informed me that if I don't work in the building I cannot go to Chick-fil-A. How are you making business with a place that doesn't allow your customers to buy/eat from your restaurant. I was really hungry, and left disappointed. I suggest a location where all customers, patients, and employees are equally welcomed."

"The worst customer service I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A. I had to repeat my order at the counter 3 times and every time the cashier would get distracted. I asked for a #5 combo with 30 GRILLED nuggets. The order came out, no fries. I asked where the fries were and then was told the #5 combo with grilled nuggets doesn't come with fries. Had the cashier actually been listening or engaged with my order she could have told me that. But everyone behind the counter treated me like it was my fault for not knowing the combo meal doesn't come with fries. PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THAT'S STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU, THAT YOU CALLED UP, TO TAKE AN ORDER FROM!!!!!!! Then I get back to my desk and they are not grilled fries. Thanks Chick-fil-A!!!!"

"Good place for a quick bite or family time. I loved the chicken soup the salad and the chicken tenders and chicken strips. (I didn't have all that at one sitting. I have become a bit of a regular). The place was clean and neat. Customer service was great. Wait time was not long. Great atmosphere. Loved the play area for kids. Was really tickled by the sign that said you had to be shorter than the mark to play. Lol. It's always a good experience going into a chick-fil-a. I can't wait to come back and eat more Chicken."
