"Lovely restaurant. Wonderful food and great service. Tucked in a Houston neighborhood, this place is a gem. I’ve had brunch, lunch and dinner here. My favorite menu item is the pecan chicken but I also enjoy the Tex Mex items. Chicken fried steak is great if you go on the right day when it’s the special."

"The Raven Grill will certainly be one of our favorite restaurants in the Rice Village area. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The food was excellent! We started with the smoked salmon deviled eggs and wow they were greMy husband had the meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. I had the cedar plank salmon with the potatoes and spinach. We had the carrot cake for desert. Everything was sooooo good. The service was professional and friendly. The restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back next time we're in Houston. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed."

"My wife took me on a date night the other night, and I was so happy she chose this place. We were greeted by a friendly, smiling hostess, then led to a nice table near the back. Fresh bread was delivered to the table (cranberry nut bread was insane) I ordered the pasta with grilled shrimp, pretty basic right? Nope! The flavor layers were insane! You could taste the char on the shrimp and the pasta was good to perfection. My wife had the fried catfish with mash potatoes and the batter was light and flaky the potatoes were creamy and delicious. I highly recommend Raven grill for any occasion!"

"Fabulous find in the Rice area! Lovely, quiet dinner with very friendly and helpful staff. The brie was amazing! The red fish special was tasty and well presented. Reasonable prices and a good selection of dishes to choose from. Parking is a breeze! For once, you don't have to scramble to find a place to park - there seems to be plenty of space in the lot (visited midweek)."

"Ok first visit ever here. Beautifully unique ambiance. We ordered the onion tower which surprised me when I bit down on a deep fried poblano pepper. It was really good. The shrimp pasta was a little dry but near the bottom i finally got to the sun-dried tomatoes & mushrooms and wished i started there!!! So i would rate this meal a 4.5 - and the service a 6 out of 5. Noel was helpful and a joy. My spouse loved the cedar plank salmon. Nice job The Raven Grill, I will nevermore skip this spot when driving by."
