"Attitude in drive thru , the food was off completely off compare to the Taco Bell in west rd, beefy melt burrito didn’t have cheese and had old rice, bean burrito has no beans just tortilla wrap, worse experience."

"Hands down WORST taco bell I've ever been. No matter what. Last time I went they refused to refund someone who the refused to move out of the line trapping us all. When asked to go ask the customer to move. The manager said we would have to handle it ourself if we wanted out of the line. Which is BEYOND dangerous I'm HOUSTON. That's no even the issue. Their food is AWFUL! quesadilla are always EMPTY! Put something else here. Need all new employees, owners, managers."

I forgot the extra tomatoes when ordering the two Mexican pizzas for my son and she was just so friendly getting it corrected for me. She Made his day and nice to see great customer service again. "The food was stale and soggy the taco fell apart and tasted like it was left out all day even the paper wrapper was falling apart and tearing out of how long it was left out there. They did not put enough sour cream in my taco and lettuce tasted expired. Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Do not come here. I asked for no ice they still gave me ice and wrong size drinks."
