"This is a small apt complex on 5530 Guadalupe st in houston TX. It affordable being its all bills paid! I stayed here 8 years. My neighbors for the most part were always good to me which was a hudge blessing. My husband cut the grass and kept it up while we were tenants there. We have since moved on so hopefully it will remain a nice affordable place to stay. Did we have problems in the 8 yrs yes but we endured and save tons of money. It may be for you or it may not."
