"The lady at the windowv was rubbing the heck out of her nose with the gloves on. I just left because I was grossed out. They can keep my $5.82. I'll go somewhere more sanitary."

"Ordered online, food arrived and I saw that the ticket stuck to the bag had no ink on the side that showed how many of each item was listed… horror fell upon me. I took the bag inside and saw, to my disheartening correctness that whichever “person”(person in quotes because how could a human do something like this to another human???) who bagged my food did not take five seconds to look at the ticket and see that we needed TWO cheeseburgers and TWO medium fries(we only got one of each with a two cheeseburger meal and ten piece meal)……. It’s not even about the money, I’m just sad as hell because it wasn’t even hard to see??? I work at and have worked at McDonald’s before and know damn well I would’ve taken the time to double check the SCREEN THAT SHOWS THE ORDER, let alone the ticket. Please, God, do better because this actually ruined my night. Plus, to salt the wound, the cat ate the sad, single cheeseburger off the table while I was crying."

"I went here to grab a sandwich, the lady manage was very nice and my food was nice and fresh!"

"I came here for a late lunch with my son. The ordering process is what ruined my experience. There was major language barriers and its obvious. The location should have had someone there to assist the other cashier or something. I ordered one double cheeseburger, one large mocha frappe with no cool whip and then a kids cheeseburger meal with no pickles. She asked me several times mocha or Carmel frappe and I kept repeating mocha. I ended up receiving 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium frappe with cool whip. The reciept papers ink was low and therefore i couldnt read the receipt to check what she had ordered. My son wanted to play on the playground they had and that's one of the things I liked about the mcdonalds but then I noticed a guy (homeless maybe) sitting in the corner of the play area just staring at me. Every time I move back a little farther, he moved forward and would lean over making it a point that he's staring at me to get my attention. So uncomfortable and awkward."
